hey Jon, you hit the point. I had a 3rd idea: In libUsbDotNet I use 3 different structures for Win/Linux/OSX (perhaps only 2, if OSX=Linux) and copy the relavant values into the original (LibUsbDevice) structure and let LibUsbDotNet do it's task. Andreas
