Hrm.  Following the example, it claims to not know how to process C#
files.  Oops.  The other options aren't really viable to me for various
reasons (rant because it depends on Ruby, and msbuild/xbuild because
that's single-purpose, really).

Eh, I am not much of a GUI guy.  Well, that, and this software has to
build in an automated, repeatable environment used for packaging, which
requires a simple (from the packaging program's perspective),
predictable build system.

waf would be nice, but it doesn't seem to work.  Perhaps I'll just go
ahead and use plain Makefiles.  Building on Windows isn't a requirement
for me, so not having a sane 'make' on Windows doesn't matter to me.
