right, the mono-service script have an problem, i suspect "export MONO_DISABLE_SHM=1", or if not, it could came from args, but, without one same problem, so ... try /usr/bin/mono /usr/lib/mono/2.0/mono-service.exe /FullPathTo/ServerService.exe
