The output is suppressed because the EXE was compiled for the windows subsystem. You seem to have parallel Mono installations on your system. Try to set PKG_CONFIG_PATH to point to the correct Mono installation, which seems to be /usr/local on your system: PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/pkgconfig mkbundle ...
