Add this attribute to the assembly whose internals should
be exposed:
[assembly: InternalsVisibleTo("Assembly.Name.Of.Your.Test.Assembly")]
If your test assembly is called "Test.dll", the assembly name would
be "Test".
MonoDevelop isn't even involved here.
