That is a good point and I'm not sure of the answer (too many late night hours working on this).
I have assumed that since when I try to display the bioplugin.axsm page and apache then triggers an attempt to run mod-mono-server2, that the apache module is doing what it is supposed to. But, I'm a newbie and could be wrong.
