Hello, Your error message does not actually tell anything helpful because you don't enable IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults option (google it for how to use it). But if you meant "NetSerializer" as NetDataContractSerializer, it won't work anyways (it is not supported classic runtime serialization stuff).
