Hello list,
the mono database access page at
http://www.mono-project.com/Database_Access tells me that the driver for
IBM DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows is currently unmaintained. I tested
the existing driver and I was able to connect to a DB2 V9.7 database and
execute simple queries. However, I found that
- the driver was developed for older DB2 releases
- there is a lack of documentation about the usage of this driver
- there are errors in the driver
Are these ADO.NET drivers still of relevance? If I would volunteer to
maintain this driver, how should I go on?
