OS X 10.4 support has ended, so the minimum version is OS X 10.5 for the latest Mono versions, if I'm not mistaken. As for the rest, I don't have any figures to give you, it really depends on your application, but it would be most likely similar to the .NET requirement numbers in most cases (or a little higher).
