I don't know anything about this library. How did you obtain it? If you have access to the source then you need to build it on your platform. If not, is it a package in your systems package manager? Once you've done this you may use it just fine with Mono / Linux. The only thing you need after that might be configuring the path to the library if, say, the installer put it somewhere like /usr/lib or /usr/local/lib - http://www.mono-project.com/DllNotFoundException
