See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/1009fa28%28v=VS.80%29.aspx "If an assembly with the same identity is already loaded, LoadFrom returns the loaded assembly even if a different path was specified." The identity is basically: - the display name of the assembly (usually the file name w/out path and extension), - the version, - the public key, - the culture.
