It looks like, that there is a bug in mono_strtod. But the source of this function scares me a lot, especialy because of the count of #ifdef and variables with names llike bb2, bb5, bbe, bd2, bd5, etc. I'll create a wrapper which will replace any "." and "," with separator char from the current C locale.
