I didn't leave anything out, what I stated is all that was provided which is based on the readme instructions. And the mono-project.com documentation on cross-compiling for windows isn't very clear and doesn't even talk about the autogen.sh.
How am I or anyone outside the devel group supposed to know how to do this if its not documented? What does "target" mean what is and how is it provided?
