Mono does support LINQ. But it doesn't support the Entity Framework. This means no LINQ to Entity, naturally, but there is still LINQ to SQL (although it's in beta / some features are missing... "Mostly done", says the Compatibility page). LINQ to Objects and pals are also supported.
