Hi, The Google group is the place to start. The fist post needs moderation, true - which seems to take a while, also true. But the group has some active members, so you can expect some Answers. Personally I'd choose mono.addins again - MEF is simply strange and mixes addin-functionality with di-container functionality and I didn't like that. The system.addins namespace has more features than mono.addins but I could not manage a working example after one hour (Could also be "me"...)
Be patient and your post will get though ;-) I'd say try them both - it should not take you more than an hour each and you'll have a first glimpse of how they feet (that was the point where I dropped MEF - it simply didn't feel right...)
