I am pulling my hair out here. My IT department was able to download an MSI for the WRONG version of Visual Studio... so I tried to download a new copy for the correct version but every time I download the MONO TOOLS, I only get the ZIP file. Where is the *.MSI file that was available a few weeks ago?
