Hi,

Since all the Mono source is on GitHub, why not use the GitHub Issue Tracker[1].

I have not compared it with YouTrack, so could not say how it stacks up.

I do however like the simplicity and integration the GitHub Issue Tracker 
provides. It is also being used on many large open source projects.
