If your managed C++ can be compiled as pure .NET, then it is supported as there is no native code.
However, if you are using native code you would have to firstly recompile your C++/CLI on every platform you want to run on (as the native code is platform specific) and then find a way to generate a C++/CLI assembly which can be loaded by linux/macos/whatever (again, not supported) and also add support to mono for loading these assemblies (so far only available on windows). So in short, it's a lot of work and not possible currently.
