Since we're rather skilled to answer questions regarding porting
*from* MS.NET *to* Mono, there is no wonder that nobody responded,
even if the issue is most likely a bug in Mono.

"nobody responding" as if I had not asked anything (in two lists!)
seems to be quite rude to me, but if that's the protocol in this
list, then I don't have anything else to say.

These lists do not have a policy other than common sense[1].
There is no moderator, no FAQ and no pinned threads where
someone could emphasize that Winforms is unmaintained w/out
repeating oneself over and over.

"No answer" usually means that no one knows the answer.
It may also mean that no one was around, so reposting
n times (where n: common sense) isn't considered rude.
