How did you run mono? Do you have a previous 2.12 instalation?
This usually happens when you have a git clone, update it and only build
parts or it.
Another option is that you have only installed mono and not the classlibs.
Run this from the root of your mono sources: "make clean all". If this
doesn't fix your problem
you have something wrong in your setup.
