I've corrected the mono_set_dirs() but there was still an issue.
Replacing the mono_jit_init() call with the mono_jit_init_version() one fixed
the whole thing:
MonoDomain* domain = mono_jit_init_version("monoscripting.exe",
"v4.0.30319");
