I don't think that should be necessary. Actually I just heard from a friend
that it is possible to get an activation code by emailing
[email protected] and/or [email protected] and asking for it. I am going
to try that.

I'm still curious about the future plans for Mono Tools though, I hope the
project/product isn't being killed.
