Hello all,

I am not a programmer or anything like that. I am only using Mono so I can
run OpenSim from time to time. I noticed however that it is running on my
mac processes even when I am not using OpenSim (I expected that to happen).
Basically, I am concerned about it running all the time.

1) Is there a risk to having Mono running? I have the firewall on my mac
turned on, I just want to make sure.
2) What is a simple way to shut it down without ruining my OpenSim install?
3) Same with re-starting mono. I am assume it won't run after I restart my
mac. Do I have to execute a command to restart it, or is merely typing in
mono + OpenSim in my terminal sufficient?

Thanks for your help.
