This is marked as a "fixed" bug (#145) as of a year ago, but I get this message when I load Mono.Zeroconf.sln in MonoDevelop (Ubuntu 12.04).
It doesn't tell me which ToolsVersion either is using, or what I need to do to correct this. Probably simple, but I'm ignorant. When I try to build, I get "Building Mono.Zeroconf.Providers.AvahiDBus make: *** No rule to make target `all'. Stop." I can build the other projects individually with no errors reported. What am I missing?
