Greetings everyone!

Does anybody know the whole process of cross-compiling Mono for MIPS
architecture (on Ubuntu host machine)? Which toolchain to use, configure
flags, environment variable, etc? I tried to do that several times with no
luck (I played with Mono tarball 3.0.6 which should contain all the required
patches). The compilation failed with folloring error:
    mini-gc.c:2551: error: redefinition of 'mini_gc_enable_gc_maps_for_aot'

    mini-gc.c:2518: error: previous definition of
'mini_gc_enable_gc_maps_for_aot' was here

Any hints will be very appreciated.
