I tried to remove GC.Collect(). I found simillar problem in topic http://mono.1490590.n4.nabble.com/Mono-WCF-Performance-Issue-td2308250.html and http://mono.1490590.n4.nabble.com/WCF-Performance-issues-on-mono-2-10-td4650668.html. But there are not any replies how to resolve it or if it is limitations. On official mono page is not mentioned comparison between WCF on Mono and on .NET. I supposed that Mono will be a little slower, but this is disaster. I hope I missed important configuration options and performance will be better.
