I have had a quick look. monodoc is a separate application.
On Ubuntu, I just installed it with: sudo apt-get install monodoc-browser
and then MonoDevelop makes use of it, when you hit F1.
On CentOS, you can do: yum install monodoc, from Epel.

Ah. On fedora 19 , I had monodoc installed but there is mono-tools-monodoc which contains the monodoc command. So, I now get a help window.

But, it is unsettling to be mixing packages from separate installations.

I think mono-tools contains that command. I will have to check again but I had some problem building that led me to set the task aside.

Thanks,

Kendall
