Yes, I'd seen it was hard-coded in httpcfg, but wasn't sure if it was
hardcoded in the actual code for HttpListener.

Now I'm wondering if I'm going to run into a similar issue with the Mono
certificate store... does Mono perform any validation of the certificates it
loads from there for HttpListener? i.e., will it expect to find the issuer's
certificate in the certificate store? Is the path to the certificate store
also hard-coded, or can it be changed at runtime?
