We just released .88b of #develop - it comes with a first version of the 
#unit TechNote. You can find it in the source distribution: 
SharpDevelop\src\SharpUnit\ReadMe.sxw (OpenOffice 1.0)

You can get it via http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/Download/ (the
