Yesterday I added the mono-beginning HOWTO to the CVS and soon it will be available through the website.
In the meantime you might want to get into the CVS (search the website in order to get know of how to do this) and download a copy of the mono-beginnig and mono-beggining.xml, both are in mono/doc/
