[Mono-list] System.Xml.XmlTextReader Bug

Dear Mono,

There is a terminal inconsistency between the way the System.Xml.XmlTextReader.Read() functions on a Network Stream, between Mono and MS.

On the site http://go-mono.com, I can't see a method of reporting bugs. The list of non-implemented methods makes no reference of this problem, and pressing CRTL-Click on the class takes me to a blank page....

Can somebody let me know the correct method of reporting bugs please???
