Shipped with Borland Delphi 7 is a preview of their .NET compiler for Delphi. So you can compile Object Pascal code directly to .NET.

I'd envision them using that under linux more than C#.

Also, Borland are apparantly also working on -another- language aimed at "web services", what that means, god only knows.
