I've been working on an application server for .NET. It is still in its early stages, but you can check it out here:

It requires aspx and a few other things that aren't fully baked out in Mono. But once these pieces are in place, it should work like a champ.
I think a generalized application server platform would be a powerful addition to the Mono Framework. Let me know what you guys think.
