Let me take control of whole of the namespace... I feel very awkward
hacking just the System.Web.UI.Design.WebControls thing when nothing else
exists.
Raciel, do you wish to continute in
System.ComponentModel.Design.Serialization? Let me know, I'll leave that for
you and / or anything else.
