[Mono-list] multiplexor

The Mono.Data ProviderFactory stuff does not work with the current cvs. It seems the Xml node reading code that is presently in cvs is very fond of reading Whitespaces, even in cases where it is not necessary , and the ProviderSectionHandler does not take this is into consideration. The current code works with the .net runtime.   kojo
