[Mono-list] janet is imported

Hello,

I have imported janet into the mono CVS.
For those that are interested, please do a checkout of 'janet' at the same level where your mono and mcs directories are.

Currently it only builds with the microsoft C# compiler, I'm currently looking into getting it to compile with mcs too.
