You should find the packaged app in the bin/Debug or bin/Release folder.
It is built automatically.

It's now part of the project options itself. You're lucky you went
straight
to 3.02; it was broken in 3.01 so that you could not bundle mono
assemblies
in the distribution.
Right-click on your project and choose options; Mac packaging is a new
option.

Make sure the MonoMac project is the startup project and its selected
in the Solution Explorer.
