Log:
* codegen.cs (EmitContext): Remove ResolvingTypeTree.
* parameters.cs (ComputeAndDefineParameters): Remove.
* decl.cs (ResolveBaseTypeExpr): Don't set ResolvingTypeTree.
* delegate.cs (Define): Don't invoke ComputeAndDefineParameters.
Use GetParameterInfo.
