Hi,

 

Third Party Controls (OCX controls) are native windows binaries which cannot
execute on any other platform.

 

This means that Mono/VB can’t do it on Linux either.

You can use MoMA (www.mono-project.com/MoMA) to get an idea if your
application will work with Mono or not.

Dear Sir/Mam,
           actually i want guidance from you . i had implemented a visual
basic application on Linux Paltform using WineHQ.

 

but the regisotry of wineHQ doesnot gives any support for Third Party
Controls

 

I am using only ImageEdit control(Kodak OCX),my work is almost 99%
completed but only this control has been not registered. It doesnot 
supports in WineHQ.
     So i  just want to know that vb mono compiler can implement this
type of job . I am going to use it.
