This is working with SVN (starting at r44384), Kornel Pal contributed the code required to do the com stream stuff on win32.
The class status, btw, showed it as 100% because the class itself is fully implemented (and complete). The error you are receiving came from the System.Drawing.Bitmap, a different class (and assembly), which was missing a method to create a bitmap from a stream, but only when when running on Win32.
