I thought that you want to run Mono on J2ME but now I see that you want to use Mono instead of J2ME.:) Sorry, I did not read your message carefully.

If you aren't subscribed see the archive: http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/mono-list/ Note that currently only Linux is supported on ARM but usually porting the runtime to a new OS is easier than porting to a new processor.
