We've got some pending stuff regarding exception handling, since we didn't
have the textbox it required. Marek contributed that a while back. I'll dig
it up tomorrow.

Cheers,
  Peter

Subject: [Mono-winforms-list] Winforms Exception

After working with MWF for awhile, I've realized how nice it is that
the .Net SWF has a default exception handler. At the current time, a MWF app
simply dies. Should the ApplicationContext class in winforms subscribe to
the Application.ThreadException event and handle it with a dialog similar to
what .Net has? I was planning on doing this, but wanted to make sure that
this was the correct behavior.
