You need the standard tools required to build Mono:
glib-2.x
bison (for the grammar parser)
libgdiplus and its dependencies:
libjpeg
libgif
libpng
libtiff
libexif
mono
You can get the list yourself by running ./configure for mono and
libgdisplus.
