This patch contains a GTK+ implementation of the VisualStyles features currently used by ThemeVisualStyles. The changes to existing code (ThemeWin32Classic and VisualStyleElement) are only refactorings. Simple controls such buttons seem to work properly. There are some issues with ScrollBar and TabControl which I will try to fix if it is decided that I should keep working on this.
