Hey,

What version of Mono and what Linux distro are you running?

 From previous experience, my guess is that you have either compiled 
your own version of Mono and didn't compile a new version of libgdiplus, 
or you used the generic linux binary installer (which we have dropped 
for this reason), which doesn't properly place a new version of libgdiplus.

If neither of those is right, please file a bug at 
http://www.mono-project.com/Bugs, with a small test case that shows the 
issue and I'll take a look at it.
