Well it only takes 3 parties as I understand it to move it to a Class 
Action suit....

And Novell is still a corp in the US, so they cant hide behind German 
walls...

Im sure there are plenty of attorneys that would love this case, being a 
slam dunk..  They get there fees easily...

And the press that comes with a Class Action suit.. not good for 
Attachmate wanting to sell products in the US...
