In fact, I recommend that you read up on the design guides for each of the 
platforms before diving into building an app.
There are some subtle things you need to know about to get the most out of the 
GUI on each of the platforms.

There are screenshots on my blog -- MonoDroid (and MonoTouch) apps use the 
native layout controls on their underlying platform so the design is totally up 
to you (but it does NOT look like Microsoft WinForms - there is no 'port' of 
the winforms controls on these platforms)
