I guess(even thought I trimmed the image down to the size of the emulator but I guess it does auto stretching). I have the "background" set on the relative layout not on the ScrollView. That background you see is actually an image. That is one piece I just changed it to colors to make it more easy to see the differences. The orange part is actually a background. The yellow part is a color(but has like shading and stuff). It is all one .jpg file though and it has to stay that way.
