I'm port .NET project to Monodroid. I use an XML File to save the settings. With VS2010 xsd.exe tool I generate classes that correspond to http://mono-for-android.1047100.n5.nabble.com/file/n4822129/appschema.xsd this schema . When loading an XML application throws this exeption:
In PC this work with .NET 2.
