Yeah I just double checked this and it actually downloaded Beta 3 for me, not Beta 4. My bad guys, I downloaded it in haste out of sheer excitement. But needless to say this has been frustrating since I wasted a couple more hours thinking I was using Beta 4. Grrrr... My lesson is to pay more attention to what version I download.
